Returns for Products

Eligibility: You can return most products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including customized pieces, items specifically noted as "Final Sale" and gift cards. Please check the product description for specific return details.

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement item as soon as the returned item is received.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra charge.

How do I track an order?

Our goal is to provide you with highest quality pieces that will last. To ensure they stay in their optimal form, it is always best to follow the care label instructions located on the inside of your garment.
